Behind every sacred place lies a story of unshakable faith — and at Mullugudde, that story begins with Puneeth, a humble devotee who answered a divine calling.

Puneeth was an ordinary BHM student from Mangalore, living an ordinary life. But deep within, he felt a restlessness — a quiet voice that told him his purpose lay beyond textbooks and job offers. It was during this time that Shri Koragajja began appearing to him — through dreams, spiritual signs, and powerful intuitions.

With no wealth, no temple blueprint, and no support, Puneeth made a simple offering of ₹501 and prayed:

“Ajja, this is all I have. I won’t ask anyone for anything. If you guide me, I will walk the path you show.”

And so began the divine journey.

What started with a small stone and heartfelt prayer grew, step by step, into the sacred shrine that thousands visit today. Puneeth never sought fame or fortune — his only goal was to serve Koragajja with purity, without commercialization, and to ensure that no soul left without food, faith, or peace.

But above all, it was Puneeth’s surrender to Ajja’s will — and his deep humility — that made Mullugudde what it is today: a place of real faith, living miracles, and universal acceptance.

“I am not a priest or a builder,” he says. “I am just a devotee who listened when Ajja called.”

Puneeth continues to walk this path silently, letting Ajja’s grace lead the way, proving that with true devotion, even one heart can build a heaven on earth.
